26-27 Mentorship Training

The 2026–2027 Fidelis Sisterhood Mentorship Training Program equips new and returning mentors with the spiritual foundation, practical tools, and confidence they need to lead girls with excellence. Through a comprehensive series of online training videos, mentors will learn the heart of the Fidelis mission and discover what it means to accompany young women through authentic, multigenerational friendship. The program begins with a foundational orientation to Fidelis Sisterhood, our prayer, our mission, and the calling of every Fidelis Lady to live faith, hope, and love in action. Mentors will then explore the essential elements of true mentorship, including seeking holiness in everyday life, building meaningful relationships with the girls, maintaining healthy boundaries, and using Fidelis resources effectively. Step-by-step instruction walks mentors through the complete Fidelis Night structure—from prayer and social time to activities, King’s Messages, Family Groups, Compline, and follow-up. Additional sections provide practical guidance for leading Family Group discussions, asking thoughtful questions, embracing silence, understanding different personalities, navigating difficult moments with grace, and encouraging continued faith growth outside of Fidelis Night. Mentors will also gain a deeper understanding of Fidelis ranks, ceremonies, medals, and traditions so they can confidently prepare girls for important milestones throughout their Fidelis journey. Whether a mentor is serving for the first time or returning for another Fidelis year, this program provides the preparation and encouragement needed to lead with faithfulness, wisdom, and love.
