WHAT IS INSPIRE?
Inspire is the annual adventure retreat where Fidelis Sisters gather from around the country to grow closer to God and each other through high adventure activities and spiritual reflection and renewal. Inspire has taken place every summer since 2018 in the mountains of East Tennessee.

WHO IS INVITED?
Any woman or young lady entering grade 6 or above in 2026/2027, including Fidelis Sisters and their mothers, Fraternus sisters, daughters or mothers, and prospective Fidelis Groups. (All youth must be accompanied by an adult per local Safe Environment ratios). Inspire is just as much for adult women as it is for young ladies. Breakout Sessions will be offered for adults.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
A typical day at Inspire begins with a celebration of the Holy Eucharist. Depending on the day, we may have Mass in the evening.
We then enjoy a hot breakfast, followed by outdoor adventure activities, like whitewater rafting, horseback riding, ziplining, mountain biking, hiking, and more.*
Lunch is then provided, with some downtime before the afternoon sessions.
Afternoons usually consist of confession and adoration, dinner, small group time, and talks from Catholic speakers.
Our last full day of Inspire has the girls participating in fun and exciting field games, and our Fiat sisters (girls who have applied to this program in 11-12th grades) lead the younger sisters in a dance party and call and response songs.
In the evenings, we have ample time for fellowship for both the young ladies and the adult women. One of our most loved activities is sharing stories around a cozy campfire on the last night.
